Are there some places harder to tattoo? If so why? I'll be getting some in my shoulder area is the most expensive (never mind, that's where I'm getting to do)? I have curiosity.

Yes some places are more difficult to tattoo than others. Like his rib cage would be more difficult, because not everything is smooth. His shoulder should not be too difficult, though:)
