Looking to make a classical music compilation to study to?

I have never really listened to classical music but I just started and it's been helping me concentrate and study so much better. Can you guys give me the names of some artists and songs that I can download? Stuff that would be good to use as background music to study to.

For studying, I would very, very much recommend Baroque music. i.e. Bach, Vivaldi, Telemann, Handel, etc. With more romantic music, like Beethoven or Rachmaninoff I find my self being distracted too often by the beautiful melodies a colors. Softer timbered instruments seem to work better too, because they are less distracting. This might sound weird, especially since most people don't know that classical saxophone exists, but my favorite CD to study to is the New Century Saxophone Quartet's Art of Fugue CD. It's Bach's Art of Fugue, but performed by a sax quartet. The warm timbers of the instruments are soothing, but vibrant enough to not be tiring. I can't recommend this CD enough.
