How do i get a place in an art fair in Los Angeles?

My dad is a really great artist who makes statues of people and animals.. Or big faces.. out of wood. He also makes a lot of different tiki's. I want him to set up in some kind of art fair in Los Angeles because i know he will do well! Who do I call?? What do I do??
