All or Nothing right outside of Atalanta in Smyrna is by far the best and most talented shop not only in that area but in the state. Any of the artists there are very talented but I recomend above the other either Chris (can't remember his last name) or Jace Masula. Both are amazing. As I said all the artist there are great but these two stand out in the works I have seen them do. They also have an amazing tattoo art gallery there. I am fortunate enough to have a few pieces of my art work hanging there as well.
