Looking for song name and artist...?

I've never personally heard the song, a friend told me about it. He believes it's called "Welcome to Texas" but I can't find anything on the internet about it.

I know that the song talks about people visiting Texas, take your family to six flags, enjoy what we have, etc. but it also talks about how they complain about the heat, and if you don't like it then go home, etc..

I wish I could provide more info, but that's all I have. Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated.
