What is Property? For most people the term â € € œPropertyâ usually brings to mind real estate or a membership. In the world of entertainment or Licensing and Merchandising, a property refers to a character or a group of character. In other words, an Intellectual Property. Well known examples are Mickey Mouse as individual property or Ninja Turtles Teenagers like Property Group.

Properties can be used or from a book, a comic, as an image in a cup or can be the focus of a television program or can be used in a television commercial.

Billions of dollars have been generated from Mickey Mouse in the mind developed wonderful of Walt Disney and of course, the Disney Corporation is the epitome of intellectual property rights that everyone else suck.

What means a property is? This is where matters get confusing. If you can imagine in your mind, a pizza pie has been sliced. Or, better yet, take a piece of paper and draw a circle or a pizza. Then divide the circle into parts â € "letâ € ™ s sixteenth say.
